Your dedicated designer then crafts 2-4 distinctive floorplans, each presented in sophisticated 3D renderings accompanied by inspirational visuals. Through regular meetings, we refine your project’s scope and finalize your selections, ensuring every detail reflects your unique vision.

Phase 3 // Construction Agreement

Before construction begins, we ensure you feel confident and informed. We meet to review the full scope of work, project plan, pricing, payment schedules, timelines, logistics, and any concerns you may have. Once every detail is agreed upon, we finalize the Construction Agreement. At the start of your project, you’ll also meet your project manager, who will become your trusted point of contact throughout the build.

Phase 4 // Project Development

With the Construction Agreement signed, we schedule your project and initiate product orders and permit applications. You’ll receive a detailed project calendar outlining each day’s progress, so you always know what to expect. This phase sets the stage for a smooth transition into the construction phase, ensuring every detail is prepared.

Phase 5 // Building

Your dedicated project manager leads the construction phase, coordinating crews, managing logistics, and ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards. From the installation of dust partitions to daily clean-ups, we maintain a tidy work site and conduct rigorous inspections throughout the build. Our focus on precision and quality craftsmanship guarantees that your new home is built to last.

Phase 6 // Project Completion
